Terms and Conditions
All players must wear non marking, closed-toe shoes.
Any jewellery is to be removed before the game.
We recommend wearing shin pads for indoor soccer, and they are to be entirely covered by the player’s socks.
In the event of a safety incident (e.g. fire), please follow the manager in charge to a designated muster point.
No food or open drink containers are permitted on the courts.
All participants play at their own risk.
Code of Conduct
All players and spectators must adhere to AH Sport’s Code of Conduct.
Play fair, respect your teammates, opponents and officials.
All players are expected to adhere to the laws of the game.
Offensive language targeting anyone will not be tolerated.
Players who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to play.
Absolutely no fighting will be tolerated.
If deemed appropriate, AH Sport reserves the right to escort any player(s) or spectator(s) who violate the Code of Conduct off the sports premise.
If deemed appropriate, AH Sport reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any player(s) or spectator(s) who violate the Code of Conduct.
Team registration forms must be completed, with first game payment made by the date listed on the AH Sport website.
Team registration is on a first come first served basis. However, AH Sport reserves full rights to provide preferences to renominating teams.
Only appropriate team names will be accepted. No offensive names of any nature will be considered.
AH Sport may combine divisions if there are insufficient nominations.
Re-grading requests may be submitted, via the “Contact Us” page before the third week of the season. Any decision made by AH Sport is final, and re-grading is at the discretion of AH Sport.
Team withdrawals must be made in writing to [email protected].
Team withdrawals before the start of season will incur a $5 fee to cover credit/online transaction costs.
AH Sport will give teams playing in the current season until the last week of the season (i.e. the week before the finals) to register for next season, after which the existing team’s spot will be up for grabs against other new team nominations.
Teams with arrears will not be able to re-register until they are cleared in full.
General Game Fixtures and Finals
The finals series will begin the week following the completion of the regular season.
All semi-finals and grand finals will be played on the same week, with the grand finals to be played on the Sunday of that same week. For example: The winners of Wednesday’s semi-finals will proceed to play the grand final on Sunday.
AH Sport reserves the right to modify or change fixtures at any time throughout the season. All teams affected will be notified in advance.
Games will continue during all public holidays, with the exception of the two week break over the Christmas and New Year’s. No games will be played during those two weeks.
Teams with arrears will be disqualified from the finals. If this happens, the next best placed team in the same league will assume that finals spot.
Player and Spectator Behaviour
Food or drinks are not allowed in the playing area. Drinks must be in a sealed / closed container.
Only the team captains are allowed to approach the referee.
AH Sport regularly holds promotions for our customers. AH Sport reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion(s) as appropriate.
AH Sport reserves the right to review or modify the promotion terms and conditions as appropriate.
$5 off promotion: To qualify, the recommended team must sign up with AH Sport’s indoor soccer league before the first game of the season. A maximum of 11 teams can be recommended and signed up to qualify for the full $55 per team game discount for the whole season. Discount applies to one league team only. AH Sport reserves the right to verify the validity of recommended team entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. AH Sport’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. To receive the discounts, you need to inform reception on the day of your first game of the season.
